+ Order Status

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping notification via email. If you're having trouble tracking your order, don't hesitate to get in touch via email at orders @ butter.golf. For further shipping and delivery information please refer to our Customer Service page.

If you need any changes to your order including correcting address details and styles, please contact within 24 hours of placing your order at orders@butter.golf to ensure adjustments can be applied promptly. Please note: once orders are dispatched from our warehouse we are unable to make any further adjustments or take responsibility for incorrect delivery address details.

+ Shipping Costs

DOMESTIC SHIPPING All items - $10.00 FLAT FEE

INTERNATIONAL Support shipping to Canada via USPS International Mail Services. Customers based in Canada will be responsible for taxes, duties and tariffs applied at checkout.

+ Damaged Items

On the rare occasion you receive an item that was damaged in transit or has a manufacturer’s defect, please contact orders @ butter.golf within 24 hours of delivery. Pictures of the damage and a detailed description will be required to initiate a claim with our vendors.

+ Returns/ Cancellations

All items are final sale.

We are unable to cancel your order 24 hours after it has been placed. Please direct these inquiries to orders @ butter.golf.
